Did you find a Purple Heart?
Purple Heart medals are sometimes regrettably separated from their owners, only to later turn up in garage sales or flea markets. Every medal has a story behind it. Every medal represents courage and sacrifice. Please use the form below to help your orphaned medal find its way home. They will either be returned to their rightful owner, if they can be found, or if we cannot locate the owner, the medal will be included in our traveling exhibition or loaned to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor for display.
