Genesis Legacy Medal

Fox News personality and veterans advocate Johnny Joey Jones, a former U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant, was the Purple Heart recipient of the 2021 Genesis Legacy Medal.

Named for the four visionaries who conceived of and helped build the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor, the Genesis Legacy Medal is awarded to a prominent Purple Heart recipient and a non-Purple Heart veteran or civilian who have exhibited exemplary service to our nation or our veterans community. Presented at a dinner in New York, the Genesis Legacy Medal event is another opportunity for Purple Heart recipients to gather and be honored along with the annual recipients. With the support of sponsors like you, all Purple Heart recipients are able to come to the event free of charge. This event also serves as our largest annual fundraiser.

Tunnel to Towers Chairman Frank Siller was awarded the 2021 Genesis Legacy Medal.
