MidHudson News: Purple Heart Commemorative Coin Act Heads to President’s Desk to Become Law
WASHINGTON – The House of Representatives has advanced Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney’s (D, NY-18) bill, the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor Commemorative Coin Act with unanimous support. The bill now awaits the president’s signature to become law.
The bill will honor the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor and all our Purple Heart recipients with a commemorative coin produced at the United States Mint at West Point.
